Warranty: For warranty issues or complaints, please contact your Denbigh Home & Garden sales representative as your first point of contact.

Denbigh Home & Garden offers a warranty that exceeds legal requirements, ensuring you receive peace of mind with a minimum 5-year warranty.

If any piece of outdoor furniture or part should defect due to a manufacturing defect, Denbigh will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. Please note, the warranty covers parts only and does not include installation. Customers are responsible for any installation fees incurred.

The guarantee must be registered within 90 days of delivery, and the guarantee coverage will commence on the date of delivery (Guarantee Coverage) and continues from that date. This guarantee will not cover any damage that is caused directly or indirectly by factors that are out of the responsibility and influence of Denbigh Home & Garden.

The 5 year guarantee is the maximum period covered and any replacement orders provided do not re-start the guarantee period.

Replacement: In the event a replacement is necessary and the original model or colour is unavailable (e.g., from an older collection), Denbigh reserves the right to replace the defective piece with a similar product. Each replacement applies to the defective part or piece of furniture, not the entire set. Repairs, refinishing, or replacements do not affect the original warranty period.

Warranty Procedure: If a defect occurs, please contact your Denbigh Home & Garden sales representative with a copy of the purchase receipt. We will facilitate the warranty request, including event date, product code, and problem description, and submit it to the manufacturer. Denbigh and the manufacturer will then manage the warranty procedure.

Warranty Conditions: The warranty period begins from the moment of purchase from a Denbigh Home & Garden sales representative and applies to regular domestic use. The original receipt serves as a warranty certificate. Warranty covers construction and material defects present upon delivery. Exclusions include damage caused by improper use, aggressive substances, improper maintenance, non-Denbigh repairs, incorrect assembly, and more (please see detailed list of exclusions below).

Excluded Items:

  • Normal wear and tear/extreme weather conditions
  • Scratches on plastic or aluminum due to use
  • Natural material properties (e.g., wood cracking, tearing, or discolouring)
  • Rust formation on steel due to condensation
  • Textile shrinkage, discolouration, wear, or reduced carrying capacity/thickness over time

Further Excluded Items:

  • Protection and cleaning products: Teak wood requires treatment with protector or patinier to retain colour; grease stains can be removed with detergent and water; Denbigh Shine products recommended for ongoing maintenance.
  • The guarantee does not include the glass, fabric, cushion fabric or filling, rattan, or stitching supplied with the set (unless there is a manufactural defect which is reported within 48 hours of delivery).
